As both a licensed REALTOR® with NORCHAR Real Estate and an active real estate investor operating through PATH Properties Group, I take fiduciary responsibility and transparency seriously. This page is intended to clearly outline the nature of my role in real estate transactions, the different types of agency relationships available under New York State law, and how I may represent clients depending on the context of our engagement.

PATH does not represent buyers or sellers in any real estate transaction. We purchase homes directly, share general real estate insights, and offer free educational content to interested investors.

  • Market directly to homeowners to purchase properties as a private investment company.

  • Buy houses with cash or investor financing, directly from homeowners.

  • Share property analyses, renovation ideas, and general market insights in our free investor newsletter.

  • Maintain a list of interested investor buyers who may wish to purchase investment properties using their own agents.

 

PATH Properties Group LLC does not provide real estate brokerage services and is not licensed to represent any party in a real estate transaction. All real estate services are provided separately and exclusively through Kevin Reik, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with NORCHAR Real Estate.

From time to time, PATH Properties Group may share deals or investment breakdowns via email that were sourced off-market or from the MLS. If a property is listed on the MLS and you're interested in pursuing it, we will connect you to Kevin Reik in his licensed REALTOR® role to handle the transaction appropriately and compliantly.
